The FRM module controls the following functions:
-Exterior rear view mirrors
-External lighting;
-Interior lighting
-Automatic central locking system
-Front power windows
The failure can occur during a battery replacement, during diagnostics, etc...
Signs that FRM is not working:
-Turn signals do not function
-Power windows no longer work
-Instrument cluster displays an error
-Headlights stuck on
-The unit does not respond to diagnosis and cannot be communicated with.
THE UNIT IS RECODED TO YOUR CARS SPECIFIC VIN NUMBER, NOT A GENERIC ONE.
After the repair, the FRM Module does NOT require coding to the vehicle, it's 100%

The repair is
SOFTWARE
only, I do not do any hardware repairs, this means NO water damage or modules with fried/burnt components.
Please let me know BEFORE SENDING, if your module has previously been worked on, in some cases these modules are non repairable. Previous repair attempt modules that are not able to be successfully repaired will NOT BE REFUNDED.
In some rare cases, the module may be unrepairable due to a hardware defect. In this case, we charge a
diagnostics
fee. This is to cover our time spent setting up our
equipment
to diagnose the issue, as well as return shipping.
Please ensure that your module is
NOT A FRM2 OR FRMA
.
These modules are completely different from an FRM3/FRM3R, and cannot be repaired in the same fashion. The sticker on the module should say FRM3, or FRM3R.

. If you have any confusion Regarding the model of your FRM, please send me a message with a picture of the sticker attached and I will determine which module you have.
