Returns are only accepted in the case of a card that does not work on arrival. If a GPU is returned, it will be put into a test bench. If it is not working, then it will be disassembled to check for damage such as water damage. If the card is damaged by the customer then a full refund will not be possible. Any other issues must be handled through the manufacturer.
As of 7-6-21 EVGA has confirmed that they will honor warranties on cards purchased through eBay.
