Bill Graham presents Grateful Dead, New Riders of the Purple Sake and Southern Comfort. 1970 card promotion approximately 4.5" x 7". David Singer illustrator. Cards and matching posters were printed prior to the shows (the design of the card and poster promo is identical). This show was on June 4th-7th in 1970 at Fillmore West in San Francisco. The height of the movement. On the back is a calendar schedule confirming the weekly concert schedule along with upcoming specific shows that include Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, Traffic and others. This artwork is referred to as BG-237 in Eric King's Guide. Card is in wonderful condition, bright color, no creases, no odors, some very very minor edge/corner wear with small mark in upper right corner (maybe from printing process as no marks on back). Near mint in my opinion. Amazing for 50+ years old. Will come in archival bag with archival hard card backing for ongoing care and preservation.
